देश में जीएसटी बचत उत्सव की धूम, हिमाचल में जनता पर टैक्स का बोझ : नड्डा
भाजपा राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जगत प्रकाश नड्डा ने कहा कि पूरे भारत में श्रद्धा और हर्षोल्लास के साथ मां दुर्गा के अधिष्ठान और दशहरा का पावन पर्व मनाया जा रहा है। साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की प्रेरणा से 22 सितंबर प्रथम नवरात्रों से देश भर में जीएसटी बचत उत्सव भी मनाया जा रहा है। आम लोगों को दैनिक जरूरत की अधिकतर सामानों पर जीएसटी या तो जीरो कर दिया गया है या काफी कम कर दिया गया है, इससे आम लोगों को काफी राहत मिली है। एक ओर देश भर में जीएसटी का बचत उत्सव की धूम है, तो दूसरी ओर हिमाचल की कांग्रेस सरकार जनता पर टैक्स का बोझ और बढ़ा रही है।
भाजपा अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि सब जानते हैं कि प्रदेश बादल फटने, भूस्खलन और बाढ़ की प्राकृतिक आपदा से हुए भारी नुकसान से उबरने की कोशिश कर रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की प्रेरणा से हिमाचल प्रदेश में घरों के निर्माण एवं इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के पुनर्निर्माण की जरूरतों को ध्यान में रखते हुए सीमेंट पर जीएसटी में छूट दी गई। जिससे सीमेंट के प्रति बोरी पर 30 रु तक का दाम कम हो गए था, क्योंकि पहले सीमेंट पर 28% जीएसटी लगता था जो अब घट के 18% हो गया है। हालांकि इसका लाभ हिमाचल की जनता नहीं ले पाई क्योंकि यहां की कांग्रेस सरकार ने सीमेंट का दाम कम करने के बजाय सीमेंट के दाम को बढ़ा दिया है। यह जनता के हक में नहीं है। एंटी डंपिंग ड्यूटी के नाम पर सीमेंट की 50 किलो की बोरी पर हिमाचल सरकार अब 16 रु तक का टैक्स वसूल कर रही है। जब हिमाचल प्रदेश आपदा और आर्थिक तंगी से गुजर रहा है, तब आम लोगों को राहत देने के बजाय कांग्रेस सरकार अपनी तिजोरी भरने में लगी है। यह अनैतिक एवं असंवेदनशील है। दुर्भाग्य की बात यह है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश में बनने वाला सीमेंट जब पड़ोसी राज्यों में बिकता है तो सस्ता मिलता है। लेकिन हिमाचल प्रदेश में महंगी दरों में बेचा जा रहा है।
हिमाचल सरकार ने सीमेंट के साथ पानी पर भी बढ़ाया टैक्स
भाजपा अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि कांग्रेस सरकार इतनी असंवेदनशील है कि सीमेंट के साथ-साथ पानी के बिल पर भी टैक्स बढ़ा दिया गया है। स्टाम्प ड्यूटी शुल्क पर भी टैक्स बढ़ा दिया है। ग्रामीण जलापूर्ति पर भी 100 रुपए का एक शुल्क लगा दिया है। साथ ही बिजली के बिल में भी भारी बढ़ोतरी कर दी है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी हिमाचल की जनता को राहत देना चाहते हैं। लेकिन कांग्रेस सरकार उन पर टैक्स का और शुल्क का बोझ डालकर उन्हें बदहाल बनाने में लगी हुई है। यह हिमाचल की सरकार के प्रति कांग्रेस सरकार के अमानवीय चेहरे को उजागर करता है। इसकी जितनी भी निंदा की जाए वह कम है। हिमाचल सरकार झूठी गारंटियों के नाम पर हिमाचल प्रदेश के आर्थिक स्थिति को बदहाल करके रख दिया है। यह जन विरोधी सरकार जनता समय आने पर इनको सबक सिखाएगी।
