हिमाचल में SDM के खिलाफ रेप का मामला दर्ज , शादी का झांसा देकर युवती से बनाए शारीरिक संबध
हिमाचल प्रदेश के ऊना जिला में एक HAS अधिकारी एवं एसडीएम पर युवती से शादी का झांसा देकर शारिरिक सबंध बनाने के आरोप लगे है । एक युवती ने SDM के खिलाफ रेप का मामला दर्ज कराया है। पुलिस ने शिकायत के आधार पर मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।
पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार युवती ने पुलिस को बताया कि उसकी एसडीएम से सोशल मीडिया पर बातचीत हुई। एसडीएम ने उसे कई बार अपने ऑफिस बुलाया। डेढ़ महीने पहले जब वह ऑफिस पहुंची, तो एसडीएम ने उसे अपने पर्सनल कक्ष में ले गया। वहां उसने युवती के कंधों पर हाथ रखा और बाजू से पकड़ लिया।युवती के अनुसार, एसडीएम ने शादी का प्रस्ताव रखा। विरोध करने पर उसने जबरन शारीरिक संबंध बनाए। इसके 10 दिन बाद एसडीएम ने ऊना विश्राम गृह में किसी और के नाम से कमरा बुक करवाया। रात 10 बजे वहां आकर फिर से जबरन संबंध बनाए।
जब युवती ने शिकायत करने की बात कही, तो एसडीएम ने ऑफिस में बनाई गई वीडियो से ब्लैकमेल करना शुरू कर दिया। धीरे-धीरे उसने बात करना कम कर दिया। युवती जब उसके घर गई, तो उसे धक्के मारकर बाहर निकाल दिया गया।
ASP बोले- मामले की जांच शुरू की जा चुकी
एएसपी ऊना सुरेंद्र शर्मा ने पुष्टि की है कि इस मामले में शिकायत मिली है और पुलिस जांच कर रही है। युवती का मेडिकल टेस्ट भी करवाया गया है।
